先週に引き続き午前中は強風のため、海の活動はお昼からとなった土曜日。 意外と風は落ちずにまだブローも手前まで入ってきていますが、準備ができた人から出ましょう～！ 今月からメンバーになってベーシックコースを始められたDさん。 今日はセールをリーフしていきましょう。 海上では振れもありブローで７ｍ以上となかなか難しいコンディションでしたが、セールトリムの良い練習になりましたね！ レベル4のみなさんは動画を撮って各自の練習や課題を振り返っていました。 ブローでダウンウインドをかっ飛ぶaeroいれば、必死にヒールを潰す艇、と思ったらかくっと振れる風。難しかったですね。 最後は少し風も落ちたので、＋もう1レース！ かわって日曜日は穏やかなスタートになりました。 この日は終日ダブルハンドの講習会もあり、賑やかな１日でしたよ♪ RS200とRSFevaに分れて練習です！まずは艤装からですね～ 中学生のスクールもありました。 レベル３のテキスト内容を中心に、基礎を復習する練習でした。 艇が止められないのはなぜ？５エッセンシャルの基本に戻って確認しました。 お昼前に一旦風が落ち南が入り始め、午後はジェネカー練習にも丁度良い風になりました！ RSFevaは２艇とも女性ペア。気持ちよさそうですね～！ 中学生のスクールもありました。 レベル３のテキスト内容を中心に、基礎を復習する練習でした。 艇が止められないのはなぜ？５エッセンシャルの基本に戻って確認しました。 先週も熱心に練習していた中学生にAちゃん。 この日も終日頑張っていました！午後には南に変わったので、北風では行けない名島のすぐ近くまでセーリングを楽しみました♪ 久しぶりにお二人そろってダブルハンドの練習にいらっしゃるメンバーさんも。 来週は三連休ですね～ 日中はぽかぽか気持ちいいですよ、お久しぶりの方もぜひ遊びにいらしてくださいね^^
