Membership Information
HSC is a yearly membership contract. You can apply for membership after an explanation at the clubhouse. You can join even in the middle of the year. First, try participating in a trial activity day.
Payment method : We ask that you pay the monthly membership fee for the following month automatically by card.

Time Schedule
Change clothes and gather at the HSC club.
(If you would like to rent clothing, please arrive 15 minutes early and rent it at the reception desk.)
We will confirm attendance, assign the yacht and the coach, and check the wind and waves on the day, as well as the training contents and points to note.

Practice in groups based on age and experience
At first, you will practice with an instructor.
Young children start by enjoying the sea and sailing.
Parents can wait in the clubhouse. Adult lessons are also available at the same time as children.
We land on the beach, clean up the yacht, and wash it.The younger children go straight to the shower, and those who have afternoon practice don't clean up before it's time for lunch.
Lunch can be ordered from the club. Christmas lunch boxes will be provided on this day. You can also bring your own lunch. Parents are welcome to join in.
Afternoon school starts, and children who do not practice in the afternoon will be dismissed.
*For younger students, classes are only held in the morning. For older students, there may be afternoon sessions on some days.
* During winter, the morning meeting time is 9:30am.

Unlimited yacht, kayak, and SUP riding event!
Family and friends are welcome to join.
(Participation fee: 4,400 yen for elementary school students, 5,500 yen for junior high school students and above)
Club Race
Once you gain experience and are able to sail safely on your own, you can participate in races with adults.
May 6th, June 1st, August 3rd, September 7th, November 8th (Participation fee: 2,200 yen *Boat ride fee not included)
RS Championship
Races take place in April, July and October.

While respecting the diverse ways in which children can enjoy sailing, we hope to teach them the important basics of the sea and sailing, so that they will grow up to be well-mannered sailors who love sailing and have acquired knowledge and solid skills.

●A message to everyone:
I love the sea! I grew up with yachts from a young age.
I've been on my family's yacht since I was born. When I was in the first grade of elementary school, we moved to Thailand, and that's when I was put in charge of steering the yacht for the first time. However, I accidentally made a big change in direction, and my dad almost fell into the sea!
From there, I thought to myself, "I have to learn how to maneuver properly!" and started practicing on a dinghy (small yacht).
In college, he was active in the yacht club and participated in many races. After that, he studied in Canada and obtained a full-fledged yacht instructor qualification!
A word from the teacher

I started sailing in college. The sense of fulfillment of steering a yacht yourself in the beautiful waters of Hayama is amazing. I would love for many children to have the opportunity to experience it. Once you've mastered steering, there's also the joy of racing. Let's have fun steering and racing a yacht, and learn a lot about nature and yachts!

In junior high school, I thought there was an interesting club, so I joined the yacht club and started sailing. I continued in high school, and spent my student life obsessed with the charm of yachts, eventually winning the 420 class All Japan Championship in Hayama. I want as many children as possible to experience the charm of yachts! Let's challenge ourselves to do various things in a different field than usual: the sea!

I started sailing about five years ago at Hayama Sailing College.
The Junior Club is a lively club for children from the early elementary school years to junior high and high school students.
Many children say that at first they just enjoy the ocean, but gradually they start to be able to do more on their own, and before they know it, they're sailing on a yacht!
Let's grow together in the pleasant sea of Morito!

The clubhouse is located 20m from Morito Beach.
Look for the yacht and kayak sign on the second floor of the clubhouse.
The reception is located at the white wooden sign at the entrance.
On the first floor, there is a reception desk, changing rooms, and a mini shop selling clothing and accessories.
The shower room is equipped with shampoo, body shampoo, facial cleanser and a hair dryer.
The second floor is used as a club room for meetings, lunches, etc.

HSC Kaigandori offers yacht and sea kayak schools, boats, and clothing sales.
Club boat
Using boats such as the RSTera, which allows children to learn the same sailing style as adults, and the RSFeva, the world's most popular two-seater boat, we teach children the importance of cooperation and independence by sailing on a variety of yachts.
RS Tera
Developed as a step-up model for juniors, it is safe and easy to ride, and even children can rig and launch it by themselves.
RS Feva
It is very stable and can be enjoyed both single-handed and double-handed. Junior races are the most popular overseas. It is also ideal for gennaker practice.
Rs Zest
This stable yacht is easy to assemble. It's the first yacht children can ride with an instructor. It can be enjoyed by one or two people.
Rs aero
The RS Aero has a hull weight of 30 kg. It is a racing boat that is light and offers sharp sailing. You can ride it only after gaining sufficient experience.To all parents
[To ensure a safe and enjoyable club experience, we ask that you please observe the following:]
①Please write your name on your belongings. Please check for any items you have left behind.
②Please greet all adult members so that they can use the club comfortably.
3. Please listen carefully to the instructor's instructions as they often relate to safety.
④ The club boat will be used by all members, so we will instruct them on how to take good care of it.
⑤The clubhouse (shower rooms and second floor rooms) is a shared space for adults and children, so please refrain from running around or shouting.
