It was a warm and sunny weekend after a strong wind ♪

The cold weather of last week is gone and the temperature has risen suddenly!

Even in a wetsuit it's not cold!

As predicted, a southwesterly wind was blowing on Saturday and the waves were high, so we headed out from the Morito Shrine side.

On windy days, be sure to inspect your boat thoroughly!

It was a windy day at school.

Can you gradually increase the angle from the beam reach and run up and down?

Mr. N, who usually drives an Aero, was also riding a small sale today.

Mr. M practiced diligently in the afternoon as well.

When rounding the mark, the sheet is quickly retracted.

Finally, practice with the up and down marks.

It's been a while since you've been in wavey conditions, so were you able to get a feel for it?

On Sunday, the waves were still high due to the wind from yesterday, but the wind had calmed down considerably.

Now that it's warmer, the juniors are getting more lively!

The girls who joined us today also helped with the rigging!

Let's all work together to prepare!

Once you've done the exercises, it's time to set sail!

Although there were still some swells, I was able to ride well single-handed today.

Let's follow the boat and head towards Najima!

Everyone follow me!

A boy who participated for the first time today had a great time hiking out! Amazing!

There was also an Aero race practice session in the afternoon.

We asked participants to submit practice requests.

He gave us lots of tips on starting practice and how to deal with waves!

This is the starting course school.

Listen to the explanation on land before heading out to sea.

Practice follow-the-boat and starting at different heights.

You can practice pinpointing your weaknesses or areas you want to understand more, so please feel free to request more!

Finally, we had a practice race.

Did you get any results from today's practice?

It was warm enough this week that a wetsuit was even needed!

Hopefully next week will be a warm weekend too.
