January 3rd is the annual New Year's cruise! We set sail after praying for safety.

Many people participated, looking forward to the New Year's cruise!

The sun is warm and the wind is weak, making it a perfect day for cruising.

We climbed the hills of Sashima and visited a small shrine!

For lunch, we warmed up with the classic tuna hotpot! We finished off with some soba noodles, grilled mochi, and sweet red bean soup. It was a relaxing lunchtime on the cruiser.

Some people are wearing sweaters because the sun is warm.
