It was a busy three-day weekend!

This weekend is a three-day weekend after the winter break!

We were worried about the cold weather that was coming again, but it was a lovely, warm day under the sunshine.

Saturday started off calmly.

Will the temperature rise and the south come in?

Let's go out!

Mr. T from Basic 2 is always working hard on practicing launching and landing!

The wind went from northeast to west, and then briefly to south, but then the wind died down again.

Despite the unstable wind, the RS200 pair of N and K drove steadily.

Around noon, some suspicious clouds appeared...

There is a forecast of rain, so please ride somewhere you can get back quickly.

Before we knew it, it had started snowing!!

It's snowing!!!

Some students went out to the beach despite the cold. They look so energetic!

On Sunday, the sky was a bright blue, as if to deny yesterday's snow.

Today's warm-up exercises were fun! Are they popular at school?

Will the wind change to southerly?

The wind died down and the sea surface became like a mirror.

The children practiced on a variety of boats, including the Laser, RStera, and RSaero, to suit their skills and physiques.

J-kun, who usually rides along to school, is trying his hand at riding alone today!

You kept up with the boat well!

The wind is gentle, so some children try out a slightly larger boat.

How was your first laser experience?

Just by changing the sails to miler, you can enjoy a powerful ride on the Terra.

Super short mark sailing!

The B4 school was also struggling with the wind not moving up.

And on the last Monday of the holidays, there was a heavy, gusty northeasterly wind, typical of this time of year.

My hands got so numb they hurt!

If you notice damage to the sail before setting sail, make a temporary repair with tape.

Today's level 4 is a semi-strong wind school!

Increase the wind range in which you can run stably.

The goal is to be able to tune and trim the sails and jibe while keeping the boat at speed.

Be sure to check the sail trim on land when gusts come in.

Instead of trying to force it up by hiking out, when you get to the heel, put out the seat to make the boat flat, then hike out while pulling the seat.

Let's try it out on the water!

By the time we set sail, the wind was blowing so hard that whitecaps were occasionally forming.

First, we practice trimming while turning the Abeam in a figure eight pattern.

Once you get used to it, you can use the modified diamond buoy to run from a broad reach and jibe around the mark.

It was a busy weekend with snow, warm weather, and strong winds.

It's almost March and the warmer days will be increasing!

The sea was very clear and beautiful for all three days - next week is the club race!

We look forward to your participation!!
