It was the annual club race championship deciding match.

This week marks the start of December, with less than a month left in the year!

Although the mornings and evenings have become noticeably chillier, there is still plenty of sunshine during the day, so you can still enjoy sailing.

Light winds were forecast for Saturday

The morning was a good day for practicing blowing down the blades.

Mr. S, this is your first time riding an Aero, and you're riding beautifully.

And the cruiser group went out to Sashima Island.

Just when I thought he'd returned to Morito, he started wandering around Mark.

It was cold, so I decided to warm myself up! Apparently, he was sailing around the mark on his Momo. (laughs)

And on Sunday was the annual club race championship match!

There is also a forecast of winds blowing up from the south from noon.

When we set sail, the wind was still unsteady to the south west, so we had to wait for the wind to pick up.

We started with a short course.

However

The wind, which had been calm at the start, suddenly turned into a strong wind, creating whitecaps.

The sea surface has changed

This is a close race between 1st and 2nd place!

Hike out!

As predicted, the wind blew up, so only one race was held.

Thank you to everyone for your hard work in the strong winds.

After the race, we had roast beef from Mama Kitchen while the results were announced.

S-chan came in second in the December race!

S-chan loves strong winds and continued practicing alone after the race.

And the 2023 annual champion was Mr. K!

congratulations!

Please join us again next year and aim for perfect attendance!
