It's already mid-December, but Saturday was a mild autumn day! It was warm enough to make you sweat in your thick winter clothes!
However, the southerly wind had been blowing since the previous day, and the usually calm Morito Beach looked like this.
Since we couldn't leave from our usual spot, we launched from near Morito Shrine.
When we went a little further out to sea, just past Najima, the waves were this big!
The waves were so high that we couldn't even see the laser next to us.
Enjoy riding the waves downwind!
Looking forward to tomorrow!
However, the forecast was wrong on Sunday as well, as winds of over 10 meters per second continued to blow even at noon, and the waves were so high that we were unable to go out to sea that day.
We had a lecture that doubled as a race training session, and also relaxed in the clubhouse.
And then, a little early in the afternoon, the mini year-end party started.
It was our first year-end party since the coronavirus outbreak!
This year, with homemade fish dishes prepared by staff member S, catering by Mamasu Kitchen, and gifts from everyone, it was a lively party for the first time in a while!
Family members of the members also came to visit ♪
Everyone here seems to be having fun too
We will be open until the morning of the 30th of this year.
Next week we have a lot to offer, including a cruise and exercise, junior school, and an Enoshima sea kayak tour.
I hope the weather is good!
