The junior school practiced basic movements using RSFeva/Zest.

Because there was a big difference in experience, it was difficult for us to practice together, but in the second half we had fun dividing into groups and thinking up practice content.

When two people ride together, they need to make sure they understand each other's intentions.

It is also an important skill to speak to the other person in a pleasant manner so that both parties can get on board, and to clearly communicate your intentions!

It was the last day of the ISPA Competent Crew. There was a test, so everyone participated seriously, but also seemed to enjoy themselves. Thanks to your practice, you passed the exam. Congratulations! Let's continue practicing by taking a cruise and exercising once a month so that you don't forget your cruising knowledge and skills!
