We participated in the Shimizu-Miho Midwinter Regatta with RSaero!

January 19th and 20th. I participated in the Midwinter Championships held in Miho, Shizuoka with RSaero.

We loaded the Aero3 boat onto a trailer and headed for Shizuoka Prefecture. It's close, so it's easy.

A young local sailor. While competing as a racer, he also helps with the operation, from providing support in the parking lot to helping out on the beach.

He gave it to me.

Despite the rain and strong winds on the first day, we still managed to hold five races!

The boat types include Sea Hoppers, Lasers, RSaeros, Moths, OPs, and 38 other types.

It's amazing how open the Midwinter Championship is to various classes!

Not only the yacht skills but also the high level of management of the sailing club and race management has been effective in developing athletes.

I felt that this was the case.

Mr. M took a long New Year's holiday and returned from an expedition to Australia to Miho.

Apparently he wasn't interested. <The ultimate fun racer?>

It seems like he's challenging himself to run his own race without worrying about the results.

A local veteran top sailor. A former member of the university yacht club and a former sea hopper at the National Athletic Meet. A top-ranked representative of Tokyo.

He is a regular at the club. He is a member of the Miho Club. He is a businessman and provided many prizes for the party.

We also had fun renting out the aquarium for a party.

On the second day, there was a light breeze and only one race was held!

The size of Mt. Fuji is even more impressive than when viewed from Hayama!

Mr. N, who rides an RSaero in Miho, will also do his best!

Mount Fuji is popular all over the world, and the view of Mount Fuji from Miho is especially beautiful.

RSaero has also received high praise overseas!

Gakky, weighing 78kg, is taking on the Aero7 challenge. He is also learning how to drive a trailer for an overseas expedition.

His attitude of giving it his all has the qualities to become a top athlete!

The award ceremony was also held in a lively atmosphere, with 12 boats including Laser Standard & Seahopper Regular and RSaero7.

Mr. N from Hayama Sailing College won first place with Laser Radial & Seahopper SR, Moth class,

The top three in the OP class, as well as the oldest participant award and the far-away visitor award were awarded.

So, we would like to thank everyone at Miho for their help over the two days!

Please let me come and visit again!
