Normally at this time of year, the wind direction changes to a northerly one and the wind starts to feel heavy, but this year the sun shone even after mid-September and a pleasant southerly wind blew.

The wind was so pleasant that club members invited their friends to join them for a sailing trip on the catamaran.

In HSC, the basic course continues from level 1 to 4 and 5.

Everyone practiced on their respective courses over the three-day weekend.

These are three juniors who are still light in weight so they practiced in the Aero4 size.

There was also a race practice session for the RS All Japan Championships to be held on November 18th and 19th.

Some of you will be participating in an RS race for the first time, so make sure to practice your starts and other things thoroughly!

On the last day of the three-day weekend, there was a club event and beach activities.

This event is perfect for people who want to take a friend on a ride but are still a little nervous, people who have never ridden a kayak or SUP, and people who want to ride a trapeze boat, all in one experience!

I was lucky to be blessed with a nice southerly breeze.

The family also participated in the spring event.

I hope you will try out various yachts this time as well!

What activity will we do next?

These people are heading out to the ocean on SUPs! It's a bit tough because of the wind.

Will I be able to stand up?

Even if you haven't seen a member in a while, you can feel at ease as you will be riding with an instructor.

This is an RS200, with a gennaker attached you can enjoy great speeds!

It's okay to ride a lot of RS Quests.

The whole group can enjoy it!

The RS500 is the fastest yacht. It's running smoothly on the Trappies!

Those with more experience were able to enjoy fun sailing freely with their friends.

The wind was forecast to pick up in the afternoon, so we enjoyed the activities for as long as possible and then it was time for lunch.

In the afternoon, we participated in a group competition game!

Everyone participated with great enthusiasm in events such as ropework competitions and chick-picking competitions!

The winning team of the game tournament was given a Papico ice cream!

There was so much that we were able to share it with the other participants!
