The annual Yasuda Cruising!
This time, a Coastal Navigator course will also be held at the same time.
We make a cruise plan to Hota and navigate the boat according to plan.

Make a public announcement plan

Let's go!

On the first day, the wind was from the north at about 6 m/s.
From Hayama to Misaki, we made good progress with a tailwind.

The navigator is also doing his best.

We arrived at Misaki Fishing Port in no time, earlier than expected.
We have plenty of time, so let's go ashore and have lunch.

Sakinoya

Thank you for the meal.

Towards Tokyo Bay

As you come to this side, the waves get quite big.

There are many different types of vehicles running, such as tankers, jetfoils, and security agencies.
As expected, it's very lively.

I'll weave my way through them so as not to get in the way.

We ended up going back and forth a little longer than planned, but we arrived in Hota safely.

Thank you for your hard work.

Let's wash away the sweat in Banya no Yu and feel refreshed before having dinner.

Garlic shrimp! Recommended!

Tuna cutlet! Delicious!

Now, let's go to the inn and get some rest...
No!

Coastal navigation also involves practicing night navigation.
So, in the dark, we practiced leaving and entering the port.

Hmm...I don't know where the fixed nets are.

Thank you for your hard work.

the next day.

We have breakfast and then head out.

The wind is nice on the way back too!
It looks like the weather is going to turn bad this afternoon and it's going to rain, so let's head home a little earlier than planned and head home before the rain starts.

Two of us were relaxed, and two of us were busy navigating (lol)

The wind direction is good, so we quickly pass through Tokyo Bay and go around the outside of Jogashima.

Once we pass Jogashima, we face a headwind so we climb close-hauled.
It started raining a little early and it was cold...

I didn't really want to tack, so I headed towards Enoshima, checked the angle, and then tacked.

I returned to Hayama Port in a good mood.

It was cold, so I had pork soup and steamed meat buns!
Warm!

It was a nice breeze and a fun cruise.

The navigation was also excellent piloting and time management!
Everyone has successfully completed their coastal navigator training!

Thank you everyone for your hard work!
