The first club race of 2021 was a tricky light breeze race!

The New Year's Club Race was a light breeze race with no steady wind.

Just when we thought we had finally started, the wind changed almost 180 degrees, making the conditions difficult.

But Mt. Fuji is beautiful, and the ocean is beautiful too! The sunshine made it a pleasant experience!

Balancing the yacht to maintain speed is quite a difficult position.

It's difficult to avoid being pushed back by the strong current and go around the mark.

Two races were held in a light breeze. The winner was the M&H pair on the RS500.

Second place went to Mr. O from RSaero! The race is based on ratings,

Light winds give light yachts and boats with large sails a big advantage.

Despite the 30-minute time limit, some boats got caught.

Everyone, please do your best until the finish line!

I think a gentle breeze is also part of the practice, but I'm still hoping for some good winds in February!

thank you for your hard work!
