Club Races and Flotilla Seminars

Saturday was the 5th club race of the season!

We're almost halfway through the annual championship match, right?

18 boats participated!

There was a forecast of light winds in the morning, with the wind dying down by midday, but all four races were still held.

The double hands also worked hard.

RS200 too!

It was northeast, to the east, and there were some places with good winds and some places with no wind.

It was a difficult wind.

This is like a mirror.

The Aero 6 has become more common recently.

It looks like it's running smoothly even in this wind ♪

As expected, the Aero team, which is strong in light winds, took the lead.

Once the race is over, the results will be announced while we enjoy a meal from the kitchen!

We also had fun with players from Korea who are participating in the RSGames in July ♪

And the youth player J showed just as good a performance in the Mini Hopper and came in second place!

Congratulations!

Instead, there was a flotilla training session on Sunday.

Flotilla?

A flotilla is a group of boats sailing together on the same course.

Let's plot the course we will be taking today on a nautical chart.

Let's meet at the designated spot and keep the same pace.

Here, we run in a single file formation.

At one point, the wind died down and the boat had to be towed away.

And so, Isshiki Beach is right in front of us!

Relax on a yacht with lemon tea and sweet bean paste donuts.

On the way back, we passed by a reef like this.

We passed the Yujiro Lighthouse on Najima and returned safely to Morito!

In the afternoon, all the youth students went out to the beach.

I'll practice a lot~

It's not too hot and it's a very nice season now.

Whether you're a first timer or a member, come and take a yacht ride!
