We enjoyed sea kayaking and trekking!

This sea kayaking tour was also blessed with sunny weather and was a peaceful day.

When paddling a kayak, you sit down, so you don't use your legs as much.

For your health, you should move your legs more!

Today, I went on a mini trek in the mountains behind Zushi Marina, experiencing the history of Kamakura. The gentle uphill climb puts less strain on the knees, so I think it's a safe exercise, but fatigue gradually builds up. Will I have muscle pain tomorrow?

As always, Mama's Kitchen's lunch box was very filling and delicious.

There was quite a bit of walking to do, but thanks to everyone's quick approach, we were able to complete the tour safely.
