It was drizzling and a little windy at Kannonzaki, but I applaud my own efforts, the presence of my teammates who brought out their efforts, and the team that was formed by chance just for today.

After the boat landed, there was a typical Japanese burst of modest applause.

There was a strong northeasterly wind at Kannonzaki today, and by the time we set sail, high waves were crashing onto Kannonzaki Beach.

I sensed some anxiety among the participants, but they were able to overcome it because they were all very experienced.

After clearing the tricky waves in front of Kannonzaki Lighthouse, we enjoyed some fun paddling sightseeing.
