The rainy season is finally over. The hot summer has arrived again this year.

Why not try heading out to the beach during times like these? From Golden Week through October, many people join our Hayama Walking Tour . Even first-timers can join without any worries, and it has been very well received.

Many of the women in this group were new to paddling, but they received some basic instruction on how to row and how to position themselves on the boat before setting off.

You can paddle out by yourself and land on Najima Island, a little ways from Morito Beach. The sea off Hayama is said to have the best water quality in the Shonan area. As you can see, the water is very clear and pleasant to swim in.
