It's already mid-June, isn't it?
It's been a while since we've had such good weather, and the sky is a perfect summer blue!
The sea is sparkling and feels great ♪
Mr. K from Basic 1 will be trying to ride it alone today.
There was a gentle breeze in the morning, which made for good conditions for practicing the basics.
This is a lively girl! Yay!!
He came up to the boat with the biggest smile on his face.
Basic 4 school is also held every week!
And Sunday
It was a slightly unsatisfying morning.
It was so calm that I could play around like this.
Here we are running it single-handed.
I need a bit more wind
On Sunday, there was the highlight of the weekend, the RS500 double-handed course!
A trapeze boat that I don't usually have much opportunity to ride.
Take this opportunity to master the basics!
Aim for the RS500 license!
As predicted, the southerly wind picked up in the afternoon, making for some pretty tough conditions for the trapezoid boats, but everyone practiced diligently all day.
Many people commented that it was a lot of fun!
For those who couldn't participate this time, we hope to see you at the second event!
We also took the RS800 out for a long time!
The southerly wind makes it easy to ride a high-speed boat.
On Sunday, some alumni from the yacht club came to join us for our trial sailing!
The wind was good and it seemed like everyone was able to enjoy sailing for the first time in a while!!
And we also went on a cruise around Oshima Island.
I would like to provide more details about this separately.
