🌿Lake Nojiri Sailing Holiday

Lake Nojiri lies at the foot of Mount Kurohime in Nagano.
Once known as a summer resort favored by literary figures, it is now a soothing lake with a pleasant tranquility and clear breeze.

To round off this summer, why not enjoy a relaxing yacht ride surrounded by cool breezes? Stay at Okushinano Sanso. The dinner and breakfast menu, made with local ingredients, are exquisite.

On the lakeside, we have a yacht club called Green Sports Club, which is an old friend of ours, and we will be renting a yacht from there. We also plan to bring a few boats from the club.

Enjoy a relaxing "summer vacation for adults" with your club friends, cruising on a yacht, having lunch by the lake, or relaxing at a hot spring or inn at dusk! Of course, children are welcome too!

9:35 Meet at Kurohime Station (Pick-up available from the station)

◼️Saturday, August 30th

• 10:00 Arrive at Lake Nojiri Club, coffee break & change of clothes

• 10:30 Cruise across the lake to a restaurant on your yacht of choice (sandwich lunch at the club if there is no wind)

• 12:00 Lakeside lunchtime

• 13:00 Sail around Lake Nojiri, changing yachts

• 15:00 Return to club and coffee break

• 16:00 Shower/Hot springs if desired

• 19:00 Dinner at Okushinano Sanso (Japanese and Western dishes made with local ingredients)

◼️Sunday, August 31st

• 7:30 Breakfast

• 9:00 Depart from the lodge to the club (about a 20-minute walk)

• 9:30 Free sailing on your favorite yacht

• 12:00 Relaxed lunch time at the club (free time by the lake, sailing, coffee time, reading, napping, etc.)

• 14:00 Shower and change clothes

• 15:00 Depart for Kurohime Station (Shuttle service available)

Tour Overview

• Capacity : 12 people (minimum 6 people required for operation)

• Participation fee : ¥39,800 (tax included)
  *Yacht rental and support / two lunches are charged separately on-site

• Accommodation : Choose from the following (accommodation fees not included)
  - Okushinano Sanso: ¥9,900 (1 night with 2 meals / advance reservation)
  - Lakeside camping: ¥2,000 (must bring your own tent, dinner only available at the lodge)
