Hello everyone. The Paris Olympics are full of heated battles every day. I'm sure some of you are feeling a bit sleep-deprived due to the time difference.

Well, the 470 mixed team won the silver medal in the sailing competition. Congratulations! The 470 sailing boat is an internationally standardized boat with a total length of 470 cm, and the ideal weight for two crew members is around 130 kg, so it is said to be the best fit for the petite Japanese. The team won a bronze medal in Sydney 20 years ago and a silver medal in Atlanta 28 years ago.

There was a live broadcast, so some of you may have seen it. Up until halfway through, there was a chance of winning the gold medal.

Sailing competitions are basically the same as what we do in our club races. Here are some pictures from our club races.

We are looking forward to seeing some of our junior members as they hope to compete in the Olympics in the future.
