To apply for club membership, you will be given an explanation at the clubhouse, and you can start school on that day.

You can join the club without attending the school, but it is safer to join the school first and get a feel for the club atmosphere.

What you need to enroll

Club membership fees are paid by direct debit.
○As the procedure takes time, we ask that you either transfer the membership fee and two months' worth of membership fees in advance or bring them with you.
Please bring your bank seal (if you do not want to carry it with you, please send the stamped form by mail later).

We will explain the HSC membership fees (full member/kayak member), school fees, and other various fees. If you want to use all services including yachting, please choose full membership. If you only want kayaking, please choose kayak membership.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel due to reasons other than weather, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

2 days before the reservation date: 30% of the fee
Until 5:00 PM the day before: 50% of the fee
From 5pm on the previous day to the day of the event: 50% of the fee

If you wish to change the date, please contact us at least 3 days before the reservation date. If the club determines that the event cannot be held due to bad weather, no cancellation fee will be charged even if the cancellation period has already expired. The expiration date for rescheduling is 3 months from the reservation date.
(Transfers between fiscal years are not possible.)
