HSC (Hayama Sailing College) is looking for instructors for our junior yacht club! Those who wish will also be able to teach adult classes.
Teach your kids how to sail!
- We will guide you on the yacht together according to your child's age and skill level.
- Play on the beach and get support to keep an eye on your safety
Simple maintenance and cleaning of yachts and boats
- Sorting and maintenance of yachts and boats after use
- Equipment management and beach support

We are looking for:
✅ Those with at least 2 years of yachting experience (experience in high school or university clubs or circles is also acceptable)
✅ Those who can safely operate a yacht even on slightly windy days (those with solid sailing skills)
✅ No instructor experience necessary! We provide thorough support, so even if you have no teaching experience, it's okay!
✅If you love working with children, you're welcome!
✅Ability to work on weekends and holidays (2 times a month or more!)
✅ Those with a boat license will be given preference! (You can apply even if you don't have one)
✅ Those who want to further improve their yachting skills!
"Being an instructor seems difficult...?" → There's no need to worry! Start with what you can do and gradually get used to the environment.
Working hours and days:
At least one day a week, at least 4.5 hours a day *At least one day a week, mainly on holidays
(1) 8:30-17:00 (1 hour break)
(2) 8:30-12:30
(3) 12:30-17:30
Please work one of the above shifts
Those who can come on weekends are welcome!
We offer flexible shifts so that you can balance your work with other jobs.
Promotion to full-time employees, salary increases and promotions available, starting from one day a week

About HSC facilities
HSC (Hayama Sailing College/Hayama Sea Kayak Club) is located right next to Morito Beach.

The clubhouse is located 20 meters from the slope leading down to Morito Beach.


There is a white wooden sign at the entrance.

On the first floor there is a reception desk, changing rooms and a mini shop selling clothing and accessories.

This is the changing room. Staff also use this area.

The second floor is a rest area for members and school visitors. Staff also use the same area.

The second floor terrace is a space for meetings, lunches, etc.
