いつもシーカヤックで訪れている鎌倉を今回は歩いてハイキングします。 冬場のシーカヤックのトレーニングの一つと考えて、楽しみながら足を鍛えましょう。 2026年の初めに鎌倉で安全祈願もしてきましょう！ 鎌倉・天園コース ハイキング（建長寺 → 瑞泉寺 → 二階堂） ■ 全体概要 集合：鎌倉駅 9:00　 スタート：建長寺 ゴール：鎌倉駅 16:00頃 歩行距離：約7〜8km 難易度：★★☆☆☆（アップダウンあり／初心者OK） ⏰ タイムスケジュール 09:00｜鎌倉駅 集合 トイレ・飲み物購入 徒歩で建長寺へ移動 09:30｜建長寺 到着・境内通過 境内を抜けて半僧坊方面へ 10:00｜天園ハイキングコース 登山開始 森林の中をゆっくり登ります 10:45｜天園休憩所 天園休憩所 ベンチあり・景色も良いです おやつタイム（水分補給と行動食で休憩） 富士山が見える日もあります 11:30｜大平山（天園最高地点） 大平山 標高159m・記念写真を撮りましょう 12:15｜獅子舞方面へ下山開始 足元注意（木の根・滑りやすい箇所あり） 13:00｜瑞泉寺 到着 瑞泉寺 竹林と岩庭が美しい静かな寺 トイレあり おやつタイム 13:30｜二階堂方面へ徒歩移動 14:00〜15:00｜🍴 カフェカエル 落ち着いた雰囲気でハイキング後にちょうど良いボリューム...
