Various paddling lessons in late September at the end of summer

The hot summer is over, but it's still okay to get wet, so we held a rolling class.

This time, participants included those who were trying out rolling for the first time, as well as experienced players who were aiming to consistently succeed at rolling.

When you roll, you flip over while still in the kayak, so your head is facing downwards and you can't breathe in the water. At first, it can be very scary and frightening. In the course, we carefully practice to minimize fear.

Participants who were new to rolling first practiced getting into a "sunken" position and how to move their bodies.

Those with experience practiced efficient rolls without straining.

We all enjoyed the sense of unity with the kayak at each level!

The last weekend of September was Sunset SUP.

The participants were cheerful and energetic people who enjoy sports on a regular basis.

We had planned to depart in the evening to watch the beautiful sunset, but the sky was covered with thick clouds. There was also wind and waves, so the conditions were not good, but everyone showed off their excellent core strength, which they have been training every day, and stood on their boards and paddled with great pleasure.

The group was very friendly and enjoyed a walk along the sea in Morito.

Please come visit us again! We look forward to seeing you!

The last Sunday in September was the starting course.

Meeting someone for the first time, or even meeting a kayak for the first time, can be nerve-wracking.

I'm sure the participants in the starter course were nervous and excited. This course was attended by people who were kayaking for the first time and people who had kayaked once before. The starter course is a "half-day x 3" course. The goal of this course is to equip participants with the skills to participate in HSC beginner tours.

I'm sure it was difficult at first, as you might panic and struggle to operate the kayak properly. But don't worry, you'll get better soon. We also experienced sinking and dropping, and the class was fun, with smiles despite the tension.

Please look forward to the next time!
