Six hours from Hayama. We finally arrived at Matsushima!

Our spirits were such that it was a beautiful, clear autumn day. All the participants were able to gather on time. This was the start of a miraculous tour.

First, we paddled around Matsushima Bay. We enjoyed paddling while looking at rocks with unusual shapes carved by the waves.

The wind was strong, but the bay was comfortable.

We paddle along, drawn by the varied rock formations.

On the other side of the wind , the water is calm. Is this a lake? No, no, no!

The food at the inn was delicious and the portions were generous. The homemade rice was delicious. After dinner, I went to bed early because I had a paddock the next morning.

I set off with a refreshing feeling.

We were careful of the main winds of Sagakei while touring. The waves were pretty high.

It just so happened that a harvest festival was being held there. Soft serve ice cream is perfect for a cold day.

The zunda mochi prepared by " I" was very delicious. He even made us some hot drinks.

We are grateful for the many supportive participants. Thanks to you, we were able to complete the biggest HSC kayak tour of the year. We are grateful to the support of the participants, as we were able to avoid any major problems or serious injuries.
